The Promotion: What and how does it work?
Q1: What is this promotion all about?
A1: The promotion is live between 8th July and 18th August 2019 and gives people the chance to be entered into a prize draw to win a pair of Premier League home tickets to see their chosen club + £/€500 expenses. See below for full details.
Q2: Why do I have to sign up in order to enter the promotion?
A2: For a few reasons – the most important being that we need to be able to contact you to be able to confirm and fulfil your prize. We also need to check that you’re old enough to participate in a Coca-Cola promotion and that you are a resident of the Isle of Ireland (Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland). Q3: Where can I see a full list of all prizes on offer?
A3: The terms and conditions on the promotion website will include a list of all prizes being offered in the promotion and highlighted on the promotional website. These are also outlined on the landing page of the promotional website coke.ie/football.
Q4: How old do I have to be to enter the promotion?
A4: You must be at least 16 years of age to enter the promotion, with parental consent if you are under the age of 18. Please note if you are a lucky winner of the Premier League match tickets and under the age of 18 you must be accompanied by an adult.
Q5: How does it work?
A5: For a chance to win a pair of Premier League home tickets plus £/€500, purchase a ‘Win Premier League Tickets every week’ promotional pack of Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Zero, Diet Coke, Oasis, Fanta, Sprite, Lilt or Dr Pepper, then simply visit the relevant URL and enter the unique 10-digit promotional code found on or within the pack. You will be asked to support a cause by selecting a Sport Against Racism Ireland (SARI) project before receiving an on-screen notification confirming you have been entered into your chosen club’s weekly prize draw. You can enter using your smartphone, laptop or home computer, you will then be notified by email within 24 hours of the relevant Monday draw.
Northern Ireland residents only: No purchase is necessary. For a chance to win a pair of Premier League home tickets plus £/€500, call the consumer care number (0800 317 318) where you will be required to give your contact details including your NI address which will be checked together with an email address. You will then be issued with one unique promotional code by email per day, which can be used up to 5 times per day. This unique promotional code should be used to enter the promotion following the entry steps stated above.
NPN applications must be received no later than 12.08.19 to ensure that requests can be processed before the final closing date of the main promotion period, and no later than 23.09.19 to ensure requests can be processed before the final closing date of the Bonus Draw.
Q6: What prizes can I win?
A6: 120 pairs of Premier League home tickets are available to be won during the full promotional period (1 pair per club each week).
Q7: Can I swap my Premier League match tickets for another game/date?
A7: Unfortunately, you cannot swap your match tickets for another match. If you cannot attend the match, you can let our customer service team know on (ROI) 1800 317 318 or (NI) 0800 317 318.
Q8: Can I give my tickets to a friend?
A8: All prizes are non-transferable, however, if you no longer wish to claim your match tickets please let our customer service team know on (ROI) 1800 317 318 or (NI) 0800 317 318.
Q9: What if the friend I am attending the Premier League match with is a fan of the away team?
A9: If you’ve won a pair of Premier League tickets, these will be for the home club of the match, therefore all attendees must support this club and oblige by the club and stadium rules.
Q10: How will I receive my €/£500 travel contribution?
A10: If you’ve won a pair of Premier League tickets, you will also be provided with a €/£500 travel contribution via a BACS transfer or cheque.
Q11: What do I do if I can’t attend the Premier League match?
A11: Please notify our customer service team on (ROI) 1800 317 318 or (NI) 0800 317 318 as soon as possible.
Q12. What if the match that I’ve won has been postponed? Will my ticket still be valid?
A12. If the match that you have won is postponed to a later day in the Premier League season, your tickets will still be valid for that fixture.
Q13. I haven’t received my prize, where is it?
A13. Please remember your tickets can take up to 7 days before the date of the match to be delivered or electronically sent. If your match is in less than 7 days then please call our customer service team on (ROI) 1800 317 318 or (NI) 0800 317 318 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday and we will look into this for you.
Q14. It says I’ve been entered into a Bonus Draw, what is this?
A14. This means that you have entered outside of the main promotional period. The good news is that there’s a final prize draw to win a pair of Premier League home tickets to 1 x game of your chosen club for the 2019/2020 season plus £/€500 expenses for anyone who has entered the promotion after 23.59 on 18.08.19. The draw will take place on 30.09.19 and, if you are the winner, you will be contacted by the Promoter by email with details of the next steps.
Q15. What are the chances of me winning a prize?
A15: The prize winners will be drawn at random every Monday the promotion is live, starting on 15.07.19, via an independently verified random computer programme from all valid entries received for each home club throughout the promotional week. The more times you enter during the promotional week, the higher your chances are of winning. You can enter up to 5 times a day.
Q16. How will I know if I have won?
A16. If you’ve won a pair of Premier League (PL) Home Tickets you will be notified within 24 hours of the relevant Monday draw via email where you will be asked to provide additional information which includes your address and contact number. You will then be required to call the prize providers FREEPHONE number shared in your winners’ email to continue your claim offline. You will be required to provide proof of ID and address and then complete and pass the relevant verification checks to claim your prize. You will need to process your claim within 04 calendar days of the winning email. If we don’t hear from you, you will be sent reminder emails after the initial win email on day 3, and a final chaser on the 4th day. On the 5th day the team will send you an email confirming that your prize has been forfeited.
Q17. What if I lose?
A17. Once you’ve entered, if you haven’t received a winner’s email within 24 hours of the relevant Monday’s draw saying you have won then unfortunately you have been unsuccessful. However, if you purchase another promotional pack you will have the option to enter again for the chance to win. You are limited to 5 entries per day.
Q18. How many times can I enter?
A18. You can enter up to 5 times within a 24-hour period.
Q19. Could I win more than one prize as part of this promotion?
A19. Unfortunately, winners of the Premier League Tickets prize will not be eligible to win a second time so should not submit any more entries following their win.
Q20: In which countries are you running the Promotion?
A20. The promotion is running in Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Q21. How long does the promotion run for?
A21. The main promotion in Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland runs from 8th of July and ends on 18th August 2019. The Bonus Draw runs from 19th August and ends on 29th September 2019.
Q22: I am not a resident of the Isle of Ireland; can I still enter?
A22: As the terms and conditions stipulate, you must be a resident of Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland to take part in the promotion and be awarded a prize.
Q1: The code I entered is not working?
A1: Check your code has been taken from a ‘Win Premier League Tickets every week’ promotional pack of Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Zero, Diet Coke, Oasis, Fanta, Sprite Lilt, or Dr Pepper. It should be a 10-digit code found on or within the pack.
Q2: I can't read the code.

Q3: What does the code look like?
A3: Your code will be 10 digits long including numbers 0-9 excluding number 1 and characters excluding vowels (A E I O U). All codes appear in capital letters only.
Q4. Why aren’t you including codes on Smartwater, Fuze Tea etc?
A4: We have chosen the participating products based on the drinks most consumed from our Coca-Cola portfolio whilst watching football.
Q5: I can’t find the code on my product?
A5: Please call the customer service team who will advise on next steps.
Q1: I don’t have access to the internet, can I still enter the promotion?
A1: Unfortunately, no, you will need internet access to enter the promotion. You can access the website via any internet browsing capable mobile phone, tablet or computer.
Q2: How is the winner selected?
A2: The weekly Premier League Ticket prize draw and Bonus Draw winners will be selected via an independently verified random computer programme.

Q6: How will the donation be split across the four SARI projects?
A6: Coca-Cola are donating to four of SARI projects and they want you to decide which project gets what. The more votes a project receives the bigger the pot of the donation it will receive.
Q7: Why have Coca-Cola chosen to support SARI and the projects within this charity?
A7: SARI is a charity partner of Coca-Cola, helping give racism the red card in football. They have chosen to support four projects;
1. SARI Soccernites and Young Leaders
Help provide new training equipment for SARI’s youth-focused football programmes.

Help deliver workshops to secondary schools that provide gender equality in sport.
3. Annual event- Soccerfest
Help refugees take part in Ireland’s largest intercultural football tournament.
4. Living Together Through Football
Support an education through a sports programme to reduce the number of students leaving school with no qualifications.
