The Promotion: What and how does it work?

 

Q1. What is this promotion all about?

 

A1. The promotion is between 25th February and 7th April 2019 and gives people the chance to be entered into a prize draw to win a Super Fan Upgrade prize plus 1000’s of instant win prizes. The Super Fan Upgrade prize includes: 2 tickets to every home game of the Winner’s chosen Club for the 19/20 season, 1 x Club experience, 1 signed chosen Club shirt, 1 x signed chosen Club football, bespoke Coca-Cola cans and for the winner to feature on their local football Club’s billboard during the 19/20 season. The 1000’s of instant win prizes include Premier League match tickets for the 18/19 season, Official club shirts and Coca-Cola and Premier League branded footballs. See below for full details.

 

Q2. Why do I have to sign up in order to enter the promotion?

 

A2. For a few reasons – the most important being that we need to be able to contact you to be able to confirm and fulfil your prize. We also need to check that you’re old enough to participate in a Coca-Cola promotion and that you are a Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland resident. Q3. Where can I see a full list of all prizes on offer?

 

A3. The terms and conditions on the promotion website will include a list of all prizes being offered in the promotion and highlighted on the promotional website. These are also outlined on the landing page of the promotional website coke.ie/everyoneplays.  

 

Q4. How old do I have to be to enter the promotion?

 

A4. You must be at least 16 years of age to enter the promotion. Please note if you are a lucky winner of the Super Fan Upgrade or Premier League match tickets and under the age of 18 you must be accompanied by an adult.  

 

Q5. How does it work?

 

A5. To take part in the promotion, follow our URL found on participating packs of Coca-Cola, Diet Coke and Coca-Cola Zero Sugar packs, go online and register to be entered into the Grand Prize draw and have the chance to win one of 1000s of instant win prizes available. You can enter using your smartphone, laptop or home computer where you will be notified immediately if you have won an instant win prize or contacted on the 10th April via email if you are the Grand Prize winner.

 

Q6. What prizes can I win?

 

A6 Grand Prize Draw:

 

·         1 x Super Fan Upgrade which includes: 

o   2 x tickets to every home game of the Winner’s chosen Club for the 19/20 season (19 games total). Expenses of €500 (€250 per person) per game will be provided to the winner by BACS transfer or cheque. 

o   1 x Club experience (tailored to the Winner’s chosen Club) and hospitality package for the Winner and 1 guest to attend for one of the PL home games of the 19/20 season. This will include: 1 x Club Legend to accompany the Winner and 1 guest in hospitality.  

o   1 x signed chosen Club shirt 

o   1 x signed chosen Club football  

o   Winner to receive their own bespoke Coca-Cola cans. The design will include the Winner’s silhouette. 

o   Winner to feature on their local football Club’s billboard during the 19/20 season. 

 

Instant Win prizes:

·         60 pairs (two tickets) of Premier League (PL) home game tickets, including €500 expenses per person (€1000 in total per pair of tickets).

·         360 x Official Premier League Club specific shirts.

·         1680 x Coca-Cola and Premier League branded size 5 Footballs supplied each with a Coca-Cola branded pump.

 

Q7. Can I swap my Premier League match tickets for another game/date?

 

A7. Unfortunately, you cannot swap your match tickets for another match once you have selected a match through the claim process. If you cannot attend the match, you can let our customer service team know on (ROI) 1800 317 318 or (NI) 0800 317 318.

 

Q8. What if the match that I’ve won has been postponed? Will my ticket still be valid?

 

A8. If the match that you have selected to attend is postponed to a later day in the Premier League season, your tickets will still be valid for that fixture.

 

Q9. I haven’t received my prize, where is it?

 

A9. Please remember shirt and ball prizes may take up to 28 working days to dispatch from the date of receiving a valid claim. If 28 working days has passed, please call our customer service team on (ROI) 1800 317 318 or (NI) 0800 317 318 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday and we will look into this for you.

 

Q10. It say’s I’ve been entered into a Bonus Draw, what is this? 

 

A10. This means that you have entered outside of the main promotional period. The good news is that there’s a final prize draw to win a pair of Premier League match tickets to 1 x game of the 2019/2020 season plus €1000 expenses for anyone who has entered the promotion after 23.59 on 07.04.18. The draw will take place on 24.05.18 and you will be contacted by the Promoter by email with details of the next steps.

 

Q11. What are the chances of me winning a prize?

 

A11. The Grand Prize winner will be drawn at random on 10.04.19 via an independently verified random computer programme from all valid entries received throughout the promotion. The more times you enter during the promotion, the higher your chances are of winning. 

 

All the instant win prizes have been randomly allocated and linked to open ‘winning moments’ that have been randomly pre-selected by a secure independently verified computer programme. There are 2,100 winning moments available throughout the promotion to win. The person to enter at the same time or be the first after any allocated winning moment will have been deemed to have won. All 2,100 prizes are available to be won but may not be won if not all the winning moments are matched. No prizes will roll over from week to week.
 

Q12. How will I know if I have won?

 

A12. Once you have registered, you’ll instantly be taken to a page clearly saying whether or not you’ve won.

If you’ve won Premier League (PL) Home Ticket you will be notified online immediately and asked to provide additional information online which includes your address and contact number and will also be sent a confirmation email to confirm your win. You will then be required to call the prize providers FREEPHONE number shared in your winners’ email to continue your claim offline. You will be required to provide proof of ID and complete and pass the relevant verification checks to claim your prize. Due to the quick turnaround of the tickets for the matches, you will need to process your claim within 4 calendar days of the winning message and email. If we don’t hear from you, you will be sent reminder emails after the initial win email on day 2, 3 and one final chaser on the 4th day. On the 5th day the team will send you an email confirming that your prize has been forfeited.

If you’ve won a Shirt you will be notified online immediately after entry and asked to provide additional information which includes your address and contact number. You will also be sent a confirmation email to confirm your win. You will then be required to respond to the email selecting the shirt size you require and re-confirm your address via a secure URL in order for your prize to be fulfilled. You need to process to your claim via this URL within 7 calendar days of the winning message and email. Finally, a confirmation email will be sent to you confirming when your shirt prize has been dispatched. If we don’t hear from you, you will be sent reminder emails after the initial win email on day 3, 4, 5, 6 and one final chaser on the 7th day. On the 8th day the team will send you an email confirming that your prize has been forfeited.

If you’ve won a Football you will be notified online immediately after entry and asked to provide additional information which includes your address and contact number. A confirmation email will be sent to you confirming when your football prize has been dispatched. 

All entries will also be entered in to the Grand Prize draw to win the Super Fan Upgrade. The Grand Prize winner will be drawn at random on 10.04.19 via an independently verified random computer programme from all valid entries received throughout the promotion. If you’ve won you will be contacted by email or phone with details of the next steps and the claim process within 5 working days of the draw.

 

Q13. What if I lose?

 

A13. Once you’ve registered, if you are unsuccessful in winning an instant win, you will see a notification explaining that on this occasion you weren’t successful. However, if you come back in 24 hours you will have the option to enter again for the chance to win. You are limited to 1 entry per day. All your entries over the promotional period will be entered in to the Grand Prize draw on the 10.04.19.

 

Q14. How many times can I enter?

 

A14. You are able to enter once within a 24-hour period.

 

Q15. Could I win more than one prize as part of this promotion?

 

A15. Yes, you can enter once a day for the chance to win instant win prizes and increase your chances of winning the Grand Prize.

 

Q16: In which countries are you running the Promotion?

 

A16. The promotion is running in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

 

Q17. How long does the promotion run for?

 

A17. The promotion in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland runs from 25th of February and ends on 7th of April 2019.

 

Q18: I am not a resident of the Island of Ireland, can I still enter?

 

A18: As the terms and conditions stipulate, you must be a resident of Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland to take part in the promotion and be awarded a prize.

Q1: What if I do not receive the email confirming my win?

 

A1: If you win a Coca-Cola and Premier League branded Football, you will see an on-screen message confirming your win. Within 28 working days you will receive an email confirming the dispatch of your prize. For club shirts and ticket prizes you will be notified with an on-screen message confirming your win. You will then receive a follow up email containing details of how to complete and finalise your claim. This email should be received within 48 hours of your on-screen notification. If you don’t receive this email and have checked the junk folder of the email address that you registered with, please contact customer services (ROI) 1800 317 318 or (NI) 0800 317 318 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday and the team will look in to this for you.

 

For the Grand Prize and Bonus Draw winners you will contacted via email to notify your win within 48 hours of the Prize Draws.

 

Q2: I have chosen my prize but now wish to change my mind.

 

A2:

Grand Prize- Super Fan Upgrade:

The Grand Prize is non-exchangeable, and an alternative prize will only be offered if your Club is relegated for the 19/20 season. The promoter will offer an alternative prize which will be discussed and agreed with you to an equal value of the grand prize

 

Premier League Match tickets:

This prize is non-exchangeable but remember you can enter every day for the chance to win another instant win prize plus an additional entry into the Grand Prize Draw.

 

Footballs:

This prize is non-exchangeable but remember you can enter every day for the chance to win another instant win prize plus an additional entry into the Grand Prize Draw.

 

Shirts:

Once you have selected your prize and confirmed your claim you will not be able to change prize.

 

Q3: I don’t have access to the internet, can I still enter the promotion?

 

A3: Unfortunately, no, you will need internet access to enter the promotion.  You can access the website via any internet browsing capable mobile phone, tablet or computer.

 

Q4: How is the winner selected?

 

A4: Instant winners of the Ireland promotion will be randomly pre-selected by a secure independently verified computer programme. The Grand Prize and Bonus Draw winners will be selected via an independently verified random computer programme.
