  1. How old do I have to be to enter?

  2. To enter this promotion you have to be 13 years or older. Participants under 16 require parental/guardian consent.

  7. How do I enter the promotion?

  8. Buy any 500ml promotional bottle or 330ml promotional can of Coca-Cola, Diet Coke and Coca-Cola Zero. Chill your bottle or can until the Coca-Cola label changes colour, once you see the colour change take a photo and visit http://coke.ie/summer. You will need to upload the photo of your can or bottle, if the upload is successful and the colour change can be detected you will then need to log in or create a log in to enter the hourly prize draw. The hourly prize draws take place every day between 9am and 11pm (there are 14 draws per day). Please keep your label or can handy in case you're a lucky winner.

  9. How do I get my bottle/ can to change colour?

  10. Put your bottle or can in the fridge for approximately 30 minutes at 3-6 degrees centigrade and the Coca-Cola logo will change colour.

  11. What happens if my bottle/ can doesn't change colour?

  12. Make sure you keep your bottle or can in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes.

  13. Do I have to create an account to enter the promotion?

  14. Yes to enter this promotion you will have to either log into your pre-existing Coca-Cola account or create one. The steps to creating one are simple and you will be taken through them when you go to the promotion. Alternatively, the quickest way you can register is through Facebook Connect.

  15. What personal information is required to enter?

  16. When entering the promotion, you will be required to upload a photo of your can or bottle then enter your full name, email address and home address for where your prize will be delivered if you're a lucky winner.

  17. What personal information is required when setting up a Coca-Cola account?

  18. In order to set up a Coca-Cola account you will be required to submit the following information: email address, date of birth, first name, surname, gender, country of residence and region of residence. There is also an opt in tick box for you to agree that your information can be used for marketing purposes.

  19. Is my personal information shared with anyone?

  20. For the purpose of administration of the promotion, your information will be provided to a third party independent verification company for the validation of entries and winners. Your address will be shared with a third party delivery company for delivery of your prize. Once the promotion is over, all data will be destroyed.

  21. Do I need an email address to participate?

  22. As part of the registration and entry process you will need to provide an email address. You will need to make sure that this email address is valid and contactable for the duration of the promotion. This is so we can contact you if you're a winner and stay in touch about the dispatch of your prize. Any entrants using a disposable or temporary email address will be considered as invalid.

  23. Do I need a postal address to participate?

  24. Yes, you will need to supply a full postal address when you enter. This is so we can deliver your prize if you're a winner!

  25. How long does this promotion last?

  26. This summer promotion will last 13 weeks from 4th July to 30th September 2016.

  27. Can I use the same photo more than once?

  28. No, each photo should only be used once. Any photos which are used more than once will not be entered into the prize draw.

  29. Is there a limit of how many photos I can enter?

  30. You can enter no more than 14 times a day.

  31. I have uploaded a photo and been told that I’ve hit my daily limit, can I re-use it?

  32. Yes, once you have submitted your 14th photo within 24 hours you will not be able to enter again until the next day. Please keep hold of your bottle or can and try again tomorrow.

  33. If I upload the photo incorrectly, can I re-use it?

  34. Yes. You should be able to go back and try again.

  35. How will I know if my entry has been submitted?

  36. You'll see an on screen message to let you know that you've been entered into the draw. You will not receive a text or email unless you're a winner.

  37. How will I know if my entry hasn’t been submitted?

  38. You'll see an on screen message to let you know that you've not been entered into the draw.

  39. When and how will I be notified if I am a winner?

  40. All winners will receive an email 24 hours after the prize draw has taken place telling them they're a winner and that a verification process in underway. Once their details have been successfully verified and sent to the handling house, another email will be sent to their stated email address at a later date to confirm their prize is being dispatched. Coca-Cola cannot accept responsibility for emails that are blocked or received as SPAM. If you have not won you will not be contacted.

  41. Will there be a bonus draw as part of this promotion?

  42. No, there will not be a bonus draw as part of this promotion. Any entries submitted after 11PM on 30th September will not be valid.

  43. I've received an email stating I'm a winner 'subject to verification' - what does this mean?

  44. In accordance to the terms and conditions, verification checks will be carried out in order to proceed with your winner claim. You'll be contacted by email should we require any additional information to facilitate the verification checks.

  45. What prizes could I win?

    1. A Coca-Cola mini fridge. As a winner, you will receive 1 of 1,246 Coca-Cola mini fridges with the following features:
      • Size: 18.4 x 25.5 x 27.6cm
      • 2.75kg
      • Capacity: 4 liters (can hold x6 Coca-Cola cans)
      • A mains cable with a UK plug
  46. I’ve received my prize but I don’t like it…what should I do?

  47. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for this promotion.

  48. I’ve received an email notifying me I’ve won but haven’t received my prize…what should I do?

  49. The Promoter will dispatch all prizes to the winners by post within 28 working days of the winner being notified (excluding weekends) to the address provided by the winner upon entering at www.coke.ie/summer. The prize will be delivered via a courier service. If you haven’t received your prize in this time, contact our team: ROI: 1800932246. NI: 0800 0385374. Please ensure you have your bottle label or can handy in case it's needed for verification. They’ll have it sorted in no time.

  50. How will my prize be delivered?

  51. All prizes will be delivered via a courier service. If the winner is not in when the prize is delivered, a note will be posted through your letterbox with a phone number on it, and the prize will be held by the courier. It’s the winners responsibility to call the number and arrange re-delivery or collection of the package from the courier. Any prize returned to sender after this time will be considered unwanted.

  52. What if I can't view the website on my desktop/laptop?

  53. You need to make sure you are using a current web browser; you may need to download the latest versions e.g.: Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Internet Explorer 9+.

  54. Can I enter if I live outside of ROI and NI?

  55. No, this is a campaign run by our team based in ROI & NI and all prizes will be sent to ROI & NI addresses.

  56. I want to change my email address - can I do this?

  57. You can update your email address at any point within your account settings at www.cocacola.ie. However, your entry and its associated email address cannot be changed. It is important to ensure that your email address is correct and valid throughout the duration of the promotion.

  58. I want to change my postal address - can I do this?

  59. No, unfortunately, prizes will be dispatched to the address information provided at the point of winner claim.

  60. My mini fridge has arrived but it doesn't work - what can I do?

  61. Please contact consumer service ROI: 1800932246. NI: 0800 0385374. They may ask you to send in your mini fridge in order to process the replacement. The cost of postage will have to be covered by you as the winner. There is an instruction leaflet included in the box, please take a look as this may solve your issue.

  62. How long will it take to receive my prize?

  65. Entry into the promotion must be made through http://coke.ie/summer. Why not try free public internet access points.
