Competition Terms and Conditions Competition for a chance to win 10 tickets to Longitude Festival - as part of Coca-Cola’s Your Summer, Your Choice Tour
1. Promoter’s Name and Address
The promoter is Coca-Cola Ireland, 38-39 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2
The Prize is one package of 10 weekend tickets to Longitude Festival in Marley Park, Dublin 16 (17 – 19 July 2015). One winner will be selected from the total entries across the Snapchat platform and Your Summer, Your Choice events.
If successful, each under 16 year old attending the Longitude Festival must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. This is inclusive of the 10 tickets.
There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part except in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control; the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal value.
The Prize is non-transferable (in whole or in part) and excludes any additional costs and expenses.
The Prize is for the tickets only. Cost of travel and spending money is not included in any prize package. All costs and expenses are winners’ and guests’ own.
Ticket holders have responsibility for all tickets in their possession.
The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specified in description of the prize above.
The Promotion is open to all residents of Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland except employees of the promoter, its related companies, retailers, suppliers and agencies (and their immediate families) or any other person professionally connected with this promotion.
No Purchase necessary.
The promotion is limited to 13 year olds and older.
If successful, each under 16 year old attending as part of the prize must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. This is inclusive of the 10 tickets.
Instructions on how to enter form part of these conditions. All entrants will be deemed to have accepted and understood these terms and conditions and be bound by them. This will be strictly enforced by the promoter.
Entries which are late, incomplete or incomprehensible are void and will not be entered into this promotion.
Valid Snapchat account required.
4. How to enter
Participants can enter in one of two ways:
1. Submit ‘selfies’ to the Coca-Cola Ireland Snapchat account @CocaColaIreland
2. Participate in the ‘360 degree selfie stage’ at one of the free-to-attend Your Summer, Your Choice events touring the country. See tour dates below:
● Saturday 13th June: Galway, Eyre Square
● Sunday 14th June: Limerick, Sir Arthurs Quay
● Saturday 20th June: Dublin, City Centre
● Sunday 21st June: Cork, Mahon Point SC
● Friday 26th June: Kilkenny
● Saturday 27th June: Belfast, Victoria Shopping Centre
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, lost, corrupt or incorrect entries or for any malfunctions, or network errors or viruses in the software that has been designed to maintain the entrants’ details, or for any incompatibility with all, or any, hardware and/or software that entrants may use.
The promoter does not guarantee that the Snapchat account will be available all the time or at any specific time. Proof of entering the promotion will not be taken as proof of receipt of entry.
5. Start Date and Closing date
The Promotion begins at 12pm (GMT) on 4th June 2015.
The closing date will be 6pm (GMT) 27th June 2015.
If you submit ‘selfies’ after the closing date, you will not be entered.
6. Moderation of images submitted
All images will be moderated by the Promoter in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Any submission containing the following content will not be permitted and the entrant will be disqualified:
a) Content which is distasteful or offensive, or is of a sexual nature.
b) Content for the intended purpose of harassing, threatening or embarrassing individuals or multiple individuals.
c) Content featuring:
o Individuals without the consent of all featured parties.
o Individuals smoking tobacco or under the influence of alcohol.
o The activity, depiction or incitement to use drugs or any banned substances.
o Political parties, political messages or demonstrations.
o Blasphemous or religious imagery or any image deemed to incite religious hatred.
o Potentially defamatory or otherwise actionable material.
o Any image which infringes any copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
o Third party packaging, material or advertising.
o The depiction of the assembly of explosive materials, firearms or items deemed to be weapons of any nature.
o The depiction of individuals’ or companies’ names, phone numbers, email or postal addresses, or any other personal information deemed sensitive, private and/or unacceptable by the promoter.
o Any pets or animals.
d. Content sourced from commercial or third party libraries (e.g. Getty Images, Google images etc).
e. Any content the Promoter in its sole discretion considers it would be inappropriate to use.
7. Transfer of rights
By submitting an image, the participant grants the Promoter and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual and unlimited right to use free of charge, the image for promotional purposes.
The image submitted must feature the individual entrant only - no group pictures/photographs permitted unless each person featured gives their express consent to the Promoter that they accept these terms and conditions and to use their image. The Participant takes full responsibility for obtaining the third party permission for their image to be used in the ways intended as outline in these terms and conditions, should the image be selected.
8. Selection of the Winner[s]
1 winner will be selected.
All decisions are based on the image received and no further correspondence will be entered into about the decision.
Coca Cola Ireland reserves the right to verify the age of the participant.
The winner will be selected based on the following criteria:
- The embodiment of the ‘Choose Happiness’ theme
- The most creative, imaginative and original ‘selfie’
- The quality of the image received
The winner will be selected by a panel of judges including a representative from Coca-Cola Ireland, MediaCentral and Thinkhouse PR.
You acknowledge that you may be required to participate in reasonable publicity if you are selected as a winner.
9. Notification of the results and receipt of the prize[s]
Within 5 days of the closing date, the Promoter will attempt to contact winner via Snapchat or email or phone for participants entering at the Your Summer Your Choice event.
The winner will then receive their prize on or before 10th July 2015. The tickets will be sent via registered post or courier.
In the event that the Promoter cannot contact any winner after taking reasonable steps to do so or the winner is not eligible to accept the prize or fails to accept the prize within 72 hours of being contacted by the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion to award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time as the original.10. General
10.1 The prize is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives to the prize in whole or in part.

• If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, or any behaviour or misconduct on the part of the participants/winner(s) that disrupts either the efficient running of the promotion, the enjoyment of the Prize or the reputation/integrity of Promoter, the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to accept entry or to terminate/suspend the promotion for the winner(s).
10.2 The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters pertaining to the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
10.3 Winners may be required to participate in reasonable PR.
10.4 Nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud.
10.5 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
